How do orders reach me?
Customers add products to their basket in your store and check out. The order is sent to your WhatsApp with everything you need, and you confirm it in the chat.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Your store is a normal web link that opens on any phone. Customers can also add it to their home screen if they like.
How do customers pay?
You choose: cash on delivery, bank transfer with a photo of the receipt, or your own method. Nothing is charged by card online.
Can I use Arabic?
Yes. Stores, receipts and messages work in Arabic and English.
